The Boston Children’s Museum has a climbing structure in the main lobby that allows kids to climb a series of bent-plywood surfaces that spiral up several stories. It’s a little scary for the youngest and for the parents who don’t want to have to climb through claustrophobic spaces to retrieve their toddlers. However, it’s a great activity that activates the most public room of the program. Stainless mesh netting is obviously necessary, but could be done more carefully.
